Senior cycle is the period of education that follows the junior cycle or transition year. It is generally taken by students between the ages of 15 and 18. In the previous spring, students will choose their four optional subjects for the Leaving Certificate, which are studied for two years, along with the three core subjects, Irish, English and Mathematics.
These are the senior cycle subjects on offer at St. Muredach's along with links to their pages on the NCCA site.
