St Muredach's wins Connacht Schools U-14 Development League Final.

A convincing 19 - 5 victory over a fine Athlone Community College side today in the Sportsgrounds, Galway, brought the Development League title moyside.

St Muredach's wins Connacht Schools U-14 Development League Final.

St Muredach's were leading 7-0 at the break thanks to a Ronan Gallagher try. Two further tries from Conor Brown in the second half secured the win for the Ballina boys, managed by Mr Peyton and captained by second-year student, Darragh Hopkins.

As part of the ongoing redevelopment of senior cycle, the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) is currently updating the Transition Year Programme Statement and developing a curriculum for Senior Cycle SPHE.

Appointment of New Principal / President

The newly appointed Principal / President of St Muredach's College is Mr Wayne Walsh. He will take up his position officially on 1st September 2023.
